macを使っていたら，突然次のようなダイアログが表示されました．
Conversion engine is not responding. Please restart this application.this applicationと言われても，どのアプリケーションのダイアログかわからないので困りました． そこで，Karabiner-EventViewerを使い， 何者なのか調べてみました．

File Path: /Library/Input Methods/GoogleJapaneseInput.app/Contents/Resources/ErrorMessageDialog.app/Contents/MacOS/ErrorMessageDialogどうやらGoogle日本語入力のようです． Google日本語入力をどう再起動したらよいかわからないので，解決はしなかったのですが， とりあえず何者かだけでもわかったのですっきりしました．
